Notes on Balkan trip
1. Restaurants - very good ambiance
2. Food - lots of wastage due to large serving; repetitive
3. Hotel - all good (with newly renovated toilet/bath); except for the one in Mostar with lumpy bed & bad smell, not same stardard as the others
4. Long bus rides - Suggestions:
a) start long bus rides with a short ecumenical prayer.
b) short bus activities for long rides. Examples: games, group singing.
3. Austria itinerary - Suggestions:
a) Mozart & Sound of Music background music on the bus b) Sound of Music tour
4. Tour Guides - all good esp. Antonio
6. Bus Driver - very good except that sometimes the bus smells of cigarettes & is not clean
7. Tour mates - all very nice & kind
8. Overall - Very good, value for money
